Went there today for Father's Day and had awesome service from Brad! I ordered the grilled chicken salad and both my sister and dad ordered steaks it was busy so we expected to wait for a long time but our food came out fast! And it was delicious!:) great job!

The steaks are so tender. The yeast rolls are awesome. But the service is absolutely awful. My kids drinks came right away. Our server disappeared. He came back & we ordered an app. It came out before my margarita, and we sat in the bar!! We were checked on by a manager. We had to ask for our server once we were finished because we never saw him again. Won't be back The 4 starts are for food only....

Tried the chili because I read the reviews and I love chili. It was GREAT. That alone will have me visit the one back home. I was on a road trip with family and all but one of us had never dined in this restaurant before. It was the perfect post road meal. We all wanted something balanced and hearty and this delivered. Ice cold crisp salads, steaks cooked just right, tender ribs and bbq chicken, crispy chicken critters (love those things), we were all pleased and full when we left. I hope the quality is the same across the country because now they are on my list when I get back home.

Been here probably 20 times. Have to say that it is consistently good. Never had a bad steak. Ribeyes are moist and tender And that's coming from a well done meat girl. Baked potatoes perfectly cooked every time, a pet peave of mine. Quick service. Sometimes too quick. Hint: if you are getting an appetizer, space out placing your order. Friendly staff, decent price point. Only negative is the country fried steak, so I'll stick to the real ones.

Went yesterday for the first time, my boyfriend took me here for my birthday. This would be 5/5 star review except for one thing. THE SERVICE: Very good. Our waiter informed us of the $1.99 margarita special, so we both decided to indulge. Rolls were brought out lickety split and refilled just as fast. We were in a bit of a rush, as we sat down at 7:45 or so and had an 8:45 movie at the Forum, and we were IN our seats at the Forum at 8:45 - impressive. THE FOOD: Delicious. I got the 12 oz. NY Strip Steak ($18.99) and my SO got the 20 oz. ribeye. I got a sweet potato on the side and it came with the cinnamon butter (same for the rolls - yummy!) and marshmallows. Excited to finish these off today for leftovers for my lunch. Margarita was also very good. We ordered a Bloomin' Onion (it's not called that, though - I think Cactus Blossom?) and although it's not as seasoned as Outback's, it was still very good. $4.99 is a much more reasonable price than Outback's, too. **SIGN UP** for their e-club - I did and got TWO appetizer coupons, one for my birthday and one for signing up, so we used one of those. Only reason TXR gets 4 stars from me: I normally run cold, and they seated us directly near the door. I asked if there were any other spaces to sit, they said they had a hightop at the bar and that was it, so we stayed put and I wore my winter coat to eat dinner. Later, I went to use the restroom and half of the restaurant was empty ... I'm not sure if it was THAT empty when we arrived, but that's pretty bad if it was. I'd come back here again or maybe try the 12 Mile/John R location, as it's closer to me. Yummy food and reasonable prices.

The food here is amazing and always cooked the way you want it. Everything tastes good every time I order it. The flavors are amazing, the portions are huge (which is a good thing), and there is so much variety. The people are nice, the restaurant is always crowded and the parking lot is spacious. The food is amazing and every thing I have ordered so far was amazing. The steaks are juicy and came in many options. The sides that come with the steaks are generous and fulfilling and the appetizers are all delicious and they fulfill you by the time the entrees come in. The alcohol selection is also very nice and they have great non-alcoholic beverages as well.

Been here several times and we really enjoy eating here. It is a nice location located off of M59 next to AMC 30. Their rolls are always dangerous! You get all you want - with that nice butter.. yeah - you can easily eat too many. We really enjoy: - their steaks! The have several good steaks (different cuts and sizes) - beef tips are very good - chicken critters are good (pure fried chicken delight! Just don't do this too often otherwise you might be visiting Beumont hospital down the road.) - brownie is good

I'm consistently impressed with this place. It's the only Texas Roadhouse location I've been to, and that's fine with me. Service is always good, but it's the quality and portion of food you get for the price that staggers me. We took our mom out for her retirement dinner. There were 8 of us total, including 3 kids. Our total was $70 (we don't order drinks, just a few sodas across the table), and we took 3 boxes of food home with us. My chicken fried steak was the size of the plate, and was delicious even though I only took 2 bites -- I ate too many yeast rolls and blooming onion. The yeast rolls are always amazing, especially with the cinnamon butter. My loaded sweet potato was worth coming for by itself, and everyone else at the table agreed. Those that ordered hamburgers were happy, my wife -- who is very picky with chicken -- loved her chicken fingers. It was overall just a great meal, and I look forward to coming back here again. Not low in calories by any means, though :-o

Texas road house may seem like your same old "wannabe" steak restaurant but it's definitely not that. They offer many different size cuts for your to choose from and all at affordable prices. Most of the time affordable means the meal turns out ok but in this case affordable and not only is the food good but you're sure to be stuffed after! They have a great selection of sides to go along with your steak from basic veggies to delicious chili. The really cater to every customers taste bud you're sure not to be disappointed here. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because it's just not a 5 star meal. Great restaurant.

Called ahead for a carryout, the hostess dispatched my call to the carryout specialist , Ashley. I ordered the appetizer sampler combo. Arrived 13 minutes later, same hostess gave me a friendly greetings, mentioned I was there for a carryout, hold on I'll get Ashley. Ashley comes out with carryout ready to go & 5 fresh rolls & butter! I had a VIP Coupon for a free appetizer,Ashley flagged down Chris the manager to verify it, had a great conversation with him, & Ashley was made to meet & greet the public. The Appetizer was good. Love those snake bites & potato skins. I thought only getting 6 very small wing tenders was rather cheap..but they were good. Ashley even included some blooming onion sauce & 2 large containers of mild & hot sauce.

Great food and great service! The buns with cinnamon butter is always welcome! I usually cannot finish my meal, but that is life at the roadhouse! This particular restaurant had a wonderful waiter who was a joy to be around!

Always a good meal. We often order from the discounted menu before 6 PM. I've enjoyed their small sirloin and some chicken dishes. Be sure to take a salad as one of your sides. The place is busy even during the week but its rare to wait.

For a steak restaurant that fits a budget and serves food, not much places better than TR. The rolls they have are so damn good with the cinnamon butter, I'm also salivating all over myself right now. The meals come with two sides too, so I usually get a sirloin with vegetables and a Caesar salad -- and at most restaurants Caesar salads cost extra. (Elitists.) There are different meal options for different moods. Country fried steak, shishkabob, chili, whatever. The food is pretty solid and affordable, and the atmosphere isn't bad either. Oh, and the free peanuts. Free is good. I'm poor.

The bread had me at hello and the rest was just ok. I have to say it's a decently priced steakhouse but kinda like a TGI Fridays in a steakhouse version. I had a rib eye steak that was more fat than steak. Don't get me wrong I like marbleized meat hence why I ordered the ribeye but the steak I got was a majority of fat! If you like griddle this is your Bizzle my nizzle

Based on a tip from another Yelper, I ordered the Fort Worth Ribeye 12 ounce. Yes, it was as good as I expected. What a meal! I wasn't sure what to expect at this location tonight, as the parking lot looked pretty well packed. Not a problem, there was plenty of room inside. The wait staff was quick and efficient, with just the right amount of attention provided to make this a pleasurable dining experience. Thanx Brad! Military discount - I asked, showed proof and was provided with a 10% discount. Thanx Texas Roadhouse! I recommend!!

Best chili ever!!!! Last fall I went on a chili taste test tour of a bunch of local restaurants. Texas Roadhouse came out on top. The right amount of spice and seasonings and plenty of meat. This a no bean chili. Ask for extra onions and shredded cheese and you have a winner. Their grilled chicken salad with ranch is awesome as well.

Very busy place, but thats expected at the time we went. first of all their bread that came with the meal is amazing.. we reordered 3 times. Chile was amazing... very good service.... Floor was kind of gross here.. but all texas roadhouses do the same thing with the whole "peanuts on the floor thing."

My martini came to the table half full in a small glass. The waitress said she thought it looked short but said the bar tender measured it. When I brought it to the attention of the manager she indicated the same. I advised if it was measured correctly the drink would be full. She offered to talk with her people. You can see from management's example why the employees are not quality conscious or customer advocates. They just lost years of business from me and my family. The food was good, but I only spend my money where I am treated well.

My husband and I go out to eat quite often and thought we would give Texas Roadhouse a try. We had received an email for a free appetizer so we thought it was a great opportunity to go. Our server was Kayla and she was probably one of the best servers we have ever had. She brought refills without being asked and was very attentive to all of our needs. The floor manager (didn't get his name) did a great job at getting around to talk with us and made sure we were satisfied and had a pleasant experience . They liked their jobs and this reflected in the way that they worked. The food was quick and fabulous. We had the roasted barbecue chicken and ribs. It was hot and fall off the bone tender. We will definitely go back to this restaurant and location.

Went to the roadhouse nov 1. 45 minute wait. Notsomuch! Went to the bar, found 2 barstools, and dinner was served :) we ordered ribs and country fried chicken. Each came with choice of two side dishes. Food was excellent. Bartenders very attentive. Atmosphere light and cheerful.

I got glutened really bad here, even though they said they made my chicken and veggies without any sauce and on a clean pan. I'm not so sensitive that gluten in the air makes me sick (would have been pretty stupid to go to a place like this if I was), so I assume there was some cross-contamination with the equipment. When I asked about a gluten free menu the manager came out and explained what they could do and seemed quite knowledgable. I was very disappointed when I still got sick. Don't eat here if you have any gluten problems. That being said, the chicken was cooked perfectly. So an extra star for perfect chicken.

TX Roadhouse is one of my favorite Mainland restaurant chains, so it was great to find out that my new Michigan home had several within easy driving distance. Stopped by one for some beef before seeing a movie at the nearby movie theater. Went to the bar, got a frosty drink fast enough, and order a ribs & steak combination. Nibbled on peanuts while I waited. A short time later, got my plate. Beef plate came soon enough, it was as tasty as I expected. Is this the sublime Cattleman's (El Paso or OK City) caliber? No, but it satisfies the stomach on a cold February night. Someplace to head out to when you get the craving for beef!

This place is a part of our regular "going-out-to-eat" repertoire - especially before a movie. Love most all the entrees and appetizers. Dinner rolls are delicious and usually there is little room for dessert. 4 stars because it rivals many of our favourite restaurants but doesn't top them out.

Great place before a movie! I've seen the wait at the door and that says one thing-good food and a lot of people know it. Steaks cooked to order and nice quality. I have to say, I love this Texas Roadhouse! We came with a group of 8, including 3 kids under the age of 5. They were very accomodating when we walked in. Brought some rolls with their famous cinnamon butter right of the bat for the munchkins! Our waitress was awesome. Very prompt and on top of things. Everyone seemed very satisfied with their meal. Everyone got something different, from chicken sandwiches, to chicken salads, to burgers and steaks and everything looked great. The entree salad portion was gigantic! The value is definitely there. I went with a steak, which I was a little nervous about since I wasn't sure about the quality that one would get at a huge chain restaurant. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin, which comes with your choice of 2 sides (9.95 people!). I got the baked potato and some grilled mushrooms for my side, the steak was ordered medium. I have to say, I was shocked at how good the steak was, and how perfectly it was cooked. I'm picky with steaks, and generally just like to make my own at home or go to a quality steak house since you never know what your going to get, and cooking a steak is an art all by itself, but this steak was absolutely perfect. It had a nice crust with absolute perfect grill marks on the the outside, and it was an amazingly perfect medium on the inside. It was very juicy while not having a lot of fat. I mean I was absolutely shocked. Whoever was manning the grill knows how to cook a steak at the right temp. All in all, this was my 1st visit to Texas Roadhouse in years, and I have to say, after this experience I won't wait so long to come back when craving a steak and wanting a more casual dinner.

Texas Roadhouse is a chain restaurant that bills itself as a steakhouse. It's not a steakhouse. Or, at least, I have never had a steak there, and it was entirely by accident because I love steak. First a warning: If country music makes your brain explode like the aliens on Mars Attacks, you will want to avoid this place. It's all country and it's loud. How to eat at TR: The first time you visit this place, you will be tempted by the steaks. I mean, you'll pass a whole display case of succulent cow. Do yourself a favor, order the ribs. I'm not saying the steaks are bad. I've never had one at this place. I'm saying the ribs are indescribable. "Ribs that fall off the bone" We've all heard this expression. Yet most places pass along their ribs with four wet naps and they're needed by the time your done. At a typical rib place ... once you've finished your meal ... you need a shower. Your face, hands, arms and clothes are covered in barbecue sauce. What's worse is your wife has splatters of barbecue sauce in her eye because while trying to scrape the meat off of the bone, you slipped. Not here. Their ribs are the only ribs I have ever eaten with a fork and butter knife alone. Gently tap the bone and it comes free. Balance the completely free bone between the knife and fork to the "waste plate" and enjoy the pig. Food: They start you out with some really heavy sweet rolls. They're good. Don't bother asking for extra to take home though, they become rock solid over night. The Caesar Salad is fantastic if you like Caesar salads, otherwise it's just a Caesar Salad that's really good that you don't like because you don't like Caesar Salads. Actually, try it ... you may find you like Caesar salads when they're done correctly. My wife has gotten steak here. She said it was good. Boo. Get the pig. Drink: Incredibly disappointing beer selection: Domestic plus the Canadian typical draft beers. They have Blue Moon and all of the Sam Adams stuff. If you're looking for local brews or even some of the "almost exotic" imports, you'll be disappointed. Wine selection is typical and not very interesting (really, it's a country joint, what did you expect?) I have not ordered their bar specials because they appear to be the typical fad of the day with a Texas flare (which I'm pretty sure is water...) and the prices on drinks are a little excessive. Value: If my wife and I both eat ribs, we get a full slab for $15 and split it. It comes with two sides, so we're set. We leave well fed. Service: Call ahead seating. Use it! They're busy on Friday and Saturday nights (one hour waits are not unusual). But they treat the call-aheads like they treat the queue of folks sitting on their bottoms eating peanuts. If you have a large group, call way ahead. Their layout leaves few places where groups over 6 folks can sit together so you'll be waiting a long time during their peek times if you don't make a reservation. Kids: This place is loud when they're busy. Take your screaming children, nobody will hear them. Besides, some folks will be happier listening to your two year old yell since it drowns out the country music.

If you've been to one Texas Road House, you've seen them all. What makes this one different is the size and crowds that gather. Located in the AMC Theater parking lot, this becomes a defacto choice for "dinner and a movie". Like all Texas Road Houses, the endless supply of peanuts and sweet rolls practically fill you up before the food even arrives. Steak houses usually specialize in comfort foods and this is no exception. Steak, chicken, sandwiches, BBQ, mashed potatoes... it is all there. Compared to locally owned steakhouses, this one is average. The weekend rush can dampen your attempt to chat with friends as it is usually filled with families and groups of teens coming from the movies. Its not really a great date spot since the noise level in the dining room and blow you away. Despite this, the staff is top notch, often quick on their feet and ready to refill water. The food is good and can be made to order. I often find myself omitting their excessive offerings of cheese, gravy, or fried sides to help save the calories. I also found it interesting that their vegetarian offerings were basically a plated combination of 4 side dishes, in a pick n' choose manner. For example, you could get a side salad, baked potato, rice, and fresh vegetables as a full meal. Who are they kidding though? Texas Road House is the mid-American meat mecca. There have taxidermy animals on the wall and country music blaring on the speakers. Although it is far from what you'll really find in Texas, you can appreciate their commitment to the theme. For a cheap steak or just a change of pace, check it out.

Excellent service, love the peanuts! I always get a 6oz sirloin, and I swear it's as good as some of the high end steakhouses I've been too. Go early though, since it gets crowded.

I always have great food & service at this location. Steaks are always cooked to perfection. The country-fried steak with cream gravy is one of my favorite menu items. Call-ahead seating is a plus. I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse. I find the prices very reasonable too.

Giant Chicken sandwiches! My go to is the Mushroom/Swiss Chix sammy with baked beans and savory green beans. I appreciate the Southern BBQ charm this place has and the food is pretty good for a chain.

Texas Roadhouse definitely makes the top three steakhouses for me. Not only are their steaks delicious, but they start you out with some very good rolls and their sides are excellent! My typical meal there is the filet with baked potato and chili. Their chili alone is worth coming back for! It is very tasty and one of the few places that doesn't screw up their chili by adding beans. (Although some locations do, this particular one received so many complaints when they tried it that they went back to the awesome original recipe.) My filet has always been cooked right and the baked potato has a nice saltiness to it. I don't care for their wine selection. It is a very standard list with little outstanding about it. While I usually enjoy wine with my steak, I don't get a glass here. The atmosphere should be a clue that wine is not their forte. As others have mentioned, the wait can be horrible. Call ahead and it is much better. All in all, we thoroughly enjoy our visits there.

(4)Sarah M.

Always pleasant here! My fave is the grilled chicken salad...has been for years, and the only reason why I go. FInally tried the deep fried pickles-delish!!!!!

(4)Kayla M.
Was amazing me and my boyfriend were there last week the steak was great. The best place to have a steak dinner!!! Also love the sevice and everything about that place getting take out Tommrow it says it delivers so I'm going to call and find out(:
(5)Jon K.
This place is a part of our regular "going-out-to-eat" repertoire - especially before a movie. Love most all the entrees and appetizers. Dinner rolls are delicious and usually there is little room for dessert. 4 stars because it rivals many of our favourite restaurants but doesn't top them out.
(4)Howard F.
Great place before a movie! I've seen the wait at the door and that says one thing-good food and a lot of people know it. Steaks cooked to order and nice quality. My favorite is a rib eye and theirs is a choice. I'm not a fan of chains but this one for some reason breaks that mold. ...and did I say the bartenders are pretty cool as well? See a movie and chow down!
(4)Tom O.
Great steaks every time we've been there, all the sides are good to excellent as well. Service has always been good too. This is our new go-to steakhouse.
(5)Amy P.
(4)Phillip V.
We went out with the family for a Birthday dinner. All our steak dinners again where cooked to perfection. We have been going here for years never been disappointed with any meal! Meals are always hot and they give such fast service. I like their bread rolls so much I've tried to make them at home they just don't compare to theirs darn. We always have been fortunate with getting great service waitresses are friendly very well trained. Thanks again Texas Roadhouse for another enjoyable evening.

Awesome food and service. Tried the steak and the ribs. Bother were great, steak was cooked perfect.
(4)Lyla T.
Very good service and gluten free option We had a wonderful service at this location and our servers name was Courtney. She was very careful to make sure I did not get cross contaminated by talking to the chef for me.

Always pleasant here! My fave is the grilled chicken salad...has been for years, and the only reason why I go. FInally tried the deep fried pickles-delish!!!!!

(4)Kayla M.
Was amazing me and my boyfriend were there last week the steak was great. The best place to have a steak dinner!!! Also love the sevice and everything about that place getting take out Tommrow it says it delivers so I'm going to call and find out(:
(5)Philip O.

Had a great experience last night at Texas Roadhouse with my fiance. The food was delicious. Our waitress was very nice also. Overall it is a place that I would love to revisit.

Outstanding service!!! And the food was wonderful. Emily did a great job of refilling our drinks and yummy rolls

(4)Ray H.
Always a good meal. We often order from the discounted menu before 6 PM. I've enjoyed their small sirloin and some chicken dishes. Be sure to take a salad as one of your sides. The place is busy even during the week but its rare to wait.

(4)Andrea B.
This is my favorite TR around! I only wish they did the half off margaritas like some others!
(5)Staci S.
(4)Kyleen C.
Went there today for Father's Day and had awesome service from Brad! I ordered the grilled chicken salad and both my sister and dad ordered steaks it was busy so we expected to wait for a long time but our food came out fast! And it was delicious!:) great job!

(5)Vickie H.
(4)Nick M.
I'm poor.
(4)Victor A.
(4)Kent M.

The service is always fast, ant all the staff are very friendly. The food is always amazing. This is my monthly treat of amazing food. Best steaks around. A big shout out to the cook.

(5)Tina W.
Very busy place, but thats expected at the time we went. first of all their bread that came with the meal is amazing.. we reordered 3 times. Chile was amazing... very good service.... Floor was kind of gross here.. but all texas roadhouses do the same thing with the whole "peanuts on the floor thing."
(4)Tom B.
